Online Enrollment
- Whether you are enrolling in benefits for the first time or making updates to your current demographic information, you can access our self-service online enrollment system by clicking on the link to the right.
Log In Instructions
- User Name = First Initial + Last Name
- Password = Last Four Digits of SSN
- Upon entering site for the first time, you will be asked to change your password
To access your enrollment
- To access your open enrollment, click on the “Enroll Now” button on your home page.
- First, verify your personal information & family information.
- Once you have completed your benefit elections, the box will be completed & you will advance to the next benefit election.
- When finished, click continue.
- Follow the instructions on designating a beneficiary, if applicable.
- Once you have completed your review, check the “I agree, and I’m finished with my enrollment” box at the bottom of the page.
- Click “Complete Enrollment” on the right.
- Your enrollment is complete when you are brought to your confirmation statement. Here you can print or email a copy of the statement to yourself.

- Ask Emma is your personal benefits-advisor resource available to employees through the bswift online enrollment tool. It’s simple, just answer just basic questions about things like prescriptions, planned surgeries, etc. A recommendation as to which plan may be best for you will be made based upon both your expected out-of-pocket cost as well as your employee premium contribution.
